Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products made on the culterreux.fr website between the Culterreux farm ("the Seller") and any individual or legal entity making a purchase ("the Customer").
Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of consultation, subject to available stock. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros. They may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.
Payment
Orders are paid exclusively online by bank card, via the secure Stripe payment solution. No bank details are stored on the site.
Order pickup
Orders can only be collected on site, at the farm, at a time slot chosen by the Customer among those offered when ordering. See the Pickup page for slot details.
A delivery service is offered to professionals, under the conditions described on that same page.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly (food, fresh agricultural products). For other products, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, by contacting us beforehand.
Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage or product unavailability.
Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
